We made a delicious pizza, and we used the Neat Pizza recipe for the dough.

For the sauce, we used a can of tomato puree stuff mixed with some vodka pasta sauce and some other various herbs and stuff. For toppings, we put on pepperoni, olives and carrots, and for cheese we used a mix of grated and sliced mozzerella. It was so tasty! I wish I had some right now.

The recipe was based on a sugar cookie recipe, but pretty heavily modified.
1 stick butter
¾ c brown sugar
Splash vanilla
1 t almond extract
1 egg
2 c flour
3 green tea bags
½ t baking powder
¼ t salt
Beat butter and sugar together. Add vanilla, almond, and egg and blend. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl and mx into the wet mixture, a bit at a time. Chill (in a log if you want to just slice it into circles, or a lump if you want to roll it out and cut it with cookie cutters). Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes - just until the very edges are set up. Let them cool all the way, and then frost!
If you are not going to frost the cookies, I’d recommend sprinkling them with sugar before baking.
FROSTING:
1 package pistachio pudding
1 stick butter
About 1½-2 c powdered sugar
A splash or 2 of milk, if needed
Blend it all together until it’s nice and smooooth.
